“ I went to Huxley bookmark Café on a Friday morning. I sat at the countertop. The restaurant is large and very beautiful. I was hoping to get pumpkin pancakes however, they do not have them. The waitress suggested the apple cinnamon pancakes. They were delicious. The apples were cut up into tiny little cubes and lots of flavor throughout the pancakes. I was very happy with my order. They are open daily for breakfast and lunch. I would highly recommend trying it out. ”
